Help me make an
impact today

I’m proud to say that my teams research produced a powerful new immunotherapy strategy to target each person’s molecularly unique cancer. But frustratingly they still lack the resources necessary to bring it to patients. We kicked off a $5 million campaign, where you and other donors stepped up with a level of generosity that truly overwhelmed the teams expectations. Even though their personalized T-cell receptor vaccine caught the eye of a pharmaceutical company willing to partner with them on clinical testing, the company was unable to secure funding, leaving the team without a means to try the treatment in patients. The $5 million goal we reached helped enable the team to pivot and rapidly restructure the trial to be conducted at Stanford without a pharmaceutical sponsor. They have also identified new manufacturers for the vaccine, and are working to secure new FDA authorization for clinical testing. Meanwhile, they are also developing standardized, streamlined workflows for using each patient’s biopsy to build their personalized vaccine. They are still in need of funding to help get this in house trial to patients so I have personally set a $2.5 million goal to help them keep things on track. This study would not be moving forward without you and the rest of our community behind it—

THANK YOU!!
